My cousin lives in Georgetown, Texas and offered her house, so we could paint wildflowers in the Hill Country. So, I painted this one for her, bluebonnets and paintbrush.

This painting of mine was just sold by the Dutch Art Gallery to a collector in Canada. Sadly, we visited this field outside of Jerusalem last month, and the poppies are no longer there. That makes the memory of the visit in 2019 more precious.

These are flowering almond trees in an old village outside of Jerusalem, called Agur. These trees grow wild across the country. The old building is from the early 1900s or earlier. This was the view from a winery where we were enjoying local wines.

This is a painting I did after a visit to a poppy field in the biblical Valley of Elah, where David is said to have slain Goliath. This visit to Israel was before Covid and has since been mown down. We were so disappointed to find it gone this year, mown down for commercial reasons probably. This painting is for sale at the Dutch Art Gallery in Dallas.
